In the event that you notice damage to the packaging or the product itself, it is important to distinguish between surface damage and damage that affects the contents of the product. If the damage is limited only to the outer packaging and does not affect the quantity or quality of the product itself, such a situation usually does not meet the criteria for accepting a claim. On the other hand, if the product is damaged to such an extent that there is a loss or deterioration of its contents, the claim will be recognized in accordance with our claim conditions.
In the event that there is an error on our part in the processing of your order, we undertake to cover all related costs of replacing the product. This includes situations where incorrect or damaged goods have been sent by mistake. Conversely, if product exchange (which must be unopened) is initiated due to an error on the part of the customer, all associated costs will be charged to the customer.
